He allowed me to ask everything I wanted to know since I didn't know anything about a hybrid, and I took up a lot of his time, yet he never seemed rushed. He didn't rush me: didn't hand me keys and wave "there you go, have fun!" We sat in the car for quite sometime in the carport while we reviewed the elements of driving a hybrid. This is actually my third Subaru, and though many things seemed familiar, there were enough differences that the extra attention was worth it for my comfort. Mr. Cooper followed up with me the same evening, the next day, and again today, about a week after my purchase. Who does that?? I visited this dealership to evaluate the trade-in value of two vehicles. When we arrived, both cars were operating perfectly with no warning lights. After the dealership completed their inspection, both vehicles SUDDENLY showed check engine and multiple service lights at the exact same time — something that had never happened before. This was extremely concerning and immediately damaged my confidence in the inspection process. After some time, the staff told us the issue was caused by “communication errors” and that both vehicles were fine. While I appreciate that nothing was ultimately wrong with the cars, the situation felt unsettling and raised serious questions about what happened during the inspection. Purchasing or trading a vehicle requires trust, and unfortunately this experience did not leave me feeling comfortable enough to move forward with this place. I would encourage future customers to take a picture of your cars to show no warning lights and everything is fine before you hand your keys to them!!! One star only for sales guy named Red who has been super nice during the visit.

You would not think you will find a BMW 8 series at Subaru dealership but when I went there I found they have all different brands, late model vehicles in their pre owned inventory, standing tall in the front line. before you check any other dealers for used cars I would go to Subaru Five Star Grapevine dealership, there is a reason they call them 5 Star Subaru! It was a pleasure dealing with Jordan, Scott and Corbin. I will refer more people to them and I will never buy a car from any other dealership as long as they're there!

The internet sales rep was great to work with and the finance manager presented options but was friendly with no hard sell. The entire process was completed in only a couple hours and I felt like I got a good deal. The only minor downside was making the purchase late on Friday night and the car prep was rushed and incomplete.
