Every visit they great would quickly with a smile. They communicate very well about what's going on and how long it'll take. I showed up 20 minutes early, they started before my appointment.

Everyone goes out of their way to greet you. Darrell Copper and Ryan Burnham made sure I got the Forester I wanted and it my budget. They are both true professionals at providing the best customer service possible. Five Star Subaru will always have business.
The team worked hard to give me good deal. I gave up a lot on my trade but received a great value in return. I was happy and they were happy. Good negotiation, communication, advocate for enthusiasts. Good team all around. I commend the gentleman who presented me the car I left. He was gracious and patient.
My husband & I are very careful with researching high dollar purchases. Five Star Subaru and David exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and his patience with all of our questions. Not once did David pressure us into the sale, but we appreciated his willingness to be forthcoming with information. He, also, went above & beyond with his attention to detail & made it clear that he and Five Star would be available to us after the purchase. If the need arises for another car purchase, David & Five Star will be our first stop!

Very Dishonest with trade in values. I know what the car needed…about a 300 to 500 part. Your team offered me 14k for what should have been at least 18-20k…… one day later you have the car out on your lot for 32k and sold it a few days after that… good for you and your 18k profit while taking advantage of us with being unfair and dishonest with our trade in value.
I fully understand your in business to make money but your profit margin vs what you offered was a slap in the face to us the buyer.

James went out of his way to make sure we looked at vehicles we were interested & stayed late to assist us.
Should not take 2 hours for an oil change especially with an appointment. Maybe hire more employees or manage appointments slots so that wait does not exceed an hour.
Very professional and get you in and out in a timely manner. The frequent updates on the status are nice too.

Buying my Forester Touring at Five Star Subaru was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had. When I came in for a test drive, there was no pressure at all to buy right then. Once I decided to buy, I was in and out in a couple of hours. David's also been great with after-sale communication. If you're in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle, I definitely recommend Five Star Subaru.

Had recently serviced my 2019 Forester due to engine light on and Travis Littrell helped me a lot to get this done . He was very helpful, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable. At Five Star Subaru Grapevine seems to really gets things done with ease. Never had any problem encountered since I bought my car 7 years ago. The place is amazing! Free snacks and car wash!! You can’t beat that!
I arrived without an appointment on a very busy day for a leaking tire (which had to be replaced) and an oil change. Kyle was exception with his customer service, estimated time for completion and keeping me apprised of the car status through my wait. My only negative would be the free car wash. Very little effort on the exterior windows. There was approx 4” left untouched around both the front and rear glass
Work with Matt in service and Jason (heads up service). Could not do a better job of working with me to maximize my service experience. I’ve been going there for ten years!

I highly recommend Five Star Subaru! Ron worked with me for a few months to find me my dream Outback Wilderness and I could not be more happy with the one I ended up with. This dealership is NOT predatory in any capacity (which is so rare!). As a young woman shopping alone, I never not once felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of me or pressure me into a deal, which meant the world to me.
The staff at five star Subaru was truly impressive. I came in the last weekend in April looking to downsize from a truck to a sedan. After experiencing the new WRX with our salesman Jill I was ready to purchase. There were several cars that I liked more than the Subaru, but the laidback vibe and non pushy attitude of Jill and the rest of the dealership is ultimately why I purchased the Subaru over an Acura. The Acura dealer down the road was rude and overbearing. While five star subaru was more caring during the experience.

My only problem was they did not air up the tires after rotating them. I had to go to Costco afterward to get it done properly. Also, it was impossible to reach them on the phone yesterday, so I had to come up there in person to get the appointment reset.
